BonJourno Child Safety Standards

BonJourno is an adults-only service and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualized depiction of minors, including AI-generated or synthetic content.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to, or promoting CSAE or CSAM is prohibited.
- Grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual content involving a minor are prohibited.
- Content or conduct that endangers, sexualizes, or facilitates abuse of a minor is prohibited.
Reporting
Users can report profiles, content, and chat messages using the in-app Report action and selecting “Child abuse.” Users can also contact the Support chat or email support@bonjourno.com.
Enforcement
BonJourno reviews child-safety reports, removes prohibited content, suspends or terminates involved accounts, preserves relevant evidence, and reports to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
